If you don't have this information available right now, you can email it to us after you've placed your order.

We will send a digital copy of your design to you to approve within 7 days of receiving your personalisation file (if submitted via our website when paying, this will apply from the date your order is placed). Please allow up to 3 weeks from payment for your order to be delivered (many orders are completed quicker than this however, orders with many amendments to artwork or delays receiving personalisation information or approval for printing may result in a longer lead time).

If you have ordered items with varying processing times, the longest lead time will apply.
