These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you. They tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us.

2.3 How to Contact Us
You can contact us by email at hello@foreverpaperco.co.uk
2.4 How We May Contact You
If we have to contact you (for example about an order), we will do so using the email address, postal address, or phone number you provided in your order.
3. Your Order
3.1 Placing Your Order
Your order can be placed on our Website: www.foreverpaperco.co.uk. Products can be customised using the available colour, shape, and material functions before adding any items to your basket. To complete your purchase, proceed to the checkout and press the ‘Pay Now’ button.
3.2 How We Will Accept Your Order
Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it (your order confirmation email), at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. Please check the product information, processing times, and any personalisation details you have provided, carefully before you submit your order.
3.3 If We Cannot Accept Your Order
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you and refund the product price. This may be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, because we have withdrawn the product, or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
3.4 Your Order Number
We will assign an order number to your order and provide it in your confirmation email. Please refer to this order number whenever you contact us about your order.
3.5 Processing Times
Processing times for all our products can be found within the product description on each product page. We will process your ordered products as soon as reasonably possible and within the stated processing timescales. If your order contains multiple items with different timescales, the longest processing time will apply to all products in your order.
3.6 Personalisation – Text
For products requiring personalisation (e.g. a wedding date), you can provide this information on the product page (by populating the relevant fields or by uploading a file if applicable). If you do not have this information available at checkout, you can email it to us after completing your purchase. If you need help with your wording, please let us know and we’ll be happy to send you a template.
If you do not provide the necessary information when you place your order, or if you give us incomplete or incorrect information, we may need to extend the stated processing times. We will not be responsible for delays or the non-supply of any part of your order caused by missing or incorrect information from you.
3.7 Personalisation – Images
If you are uploading a photo for a card or invitation, images must be in JPEG format. Formats such as Word documents, PNG, or PDF are not accepted. For best results, we recommend uploading an image at 300DPI or ensuring the smallest edge of your photo is at least 1000 pixels. If you upload a lower-resolution image, we will accept it, but we cannot guarantee the image quality when printed.
3.8 Proofing
For personalised designs, a digital proof will be provided before printing (unless stated otherwise in the product description). All proofs will be sent via email. The wording and details within the design will be as provided by you.
You are responsible for proofreading and checking the spelling, grammar, punctuation, and correctness of all information before approving the proof and giving instruction to print. We do not accept responsibility for designs that are signed off and subsequently printed with any errors, and we will not be liable for any resulting costs.
Please provide any amendments to proofs within a reasonable timeframe to ensure that your order can be completed within the original processing timescale. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays resulting from untimely communication during the proofing process.
4. Our Products
4.1 Colour Variations
We make every effort to display our products’ colours accurately on our Website. However, colours on screen can vary by device. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour accurately reflects the actual colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images. We recommend ordering our sample pack to view examples of our colours in print.
4.2 Product Packaging and Labelling
The packaging and labelling of the product may differ from that shown in any images on our Website.
4.3 Materials & Finishes
Many of our products are made using natural materials and/or require hand-finishing. As a result, the finish of each item may differ slightly (for example, wax seals), and such minor variations are to be expected and are not deemed faults.
4.4 Product Availability
We do our best to ensure product availability is accurately displayed on our Website. We reserve the right to temporarily remove any product for sale and to discontinue any item completely at our discretion.
4.5 Assembly
By default, products will be delivered unassembled (unless otherwise stated in the product description). If you wish for your order to be assembled by us, this may be subject to availability and will incur an additional assembly fee if available.
4.6 Postage
As postage rates vary by location and contents, it is not possible for us to advise on the relevant postage costs of any product once delivered to you. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the correct postage is applied to your stationery when posting to your intended recipients. We strongly recommend checking with your postal provider before applying stamps or postage labels. We will not be liable for any incorrect postage applied or any additional costs incurred (e.g. replacement invitations) as a result.
4.7 Lawful Use
We only sell the products for your own lawful use. You warrant that:
a) The products will not be put to any unlawful use or used in breach of any health or safety guidance or warning supplied; and
b) You will not supply the products to any third party for unlawful use or purposes.
You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages, and losses (including direct, indirect, or consequential losses, loss of profit, and all interest, penalties, and legal costs on a full indemnity basis) arising out of or in connection with any breach of this warranty.
4.8 How to Tell Us About a Problem
If you have any questions or complaints about our products, please contact us by email.
5. Pricing
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
The price of the product (which includes VAT) will be as shown on the relevant product page, in your shopping basket, and at the checkout. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price advised is correct. However, please see clause 5.1 for what happens if we discover an error in the price of a product you order.
5.1 Incorrect Pricing
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some products may be incorrectly priced. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and you could reasonably be expected to recognise it as a mispricing, we may end the contract, refund you any sums paid, and require the return of any products provided.
5.2 When You’ll Pay
We offer multiple payment options, including credit/debit card, PayPal, and Klarna. Payment must be made at the time of placing your order.
5.3 Deposits
In some circumstances, we may offer you the option to pay a “Deposit” to secure a future production slot. The Deposit must be paid in full before your production slot is confirmed. Deposits are non-refundable, but the balance of the Deposit will be deducted from any future order you place on our Website (you will be provided with a discount code to use your Deposit balance).
6. Promotions
6.1 Application of Promotions
Promotions are applied to the value of the order (excluding delivery costs) and are subject to these Terms.
6.2 Additional Terms
Any additional terms applicable to a specific promotion will be made available to you at the time of the promotion.
6.3 Promotional Codes
All promotional codes must be applied by you prior to completing the order for the discount to be deducted. Promotions cannot be applied to previously placed orders or orders placed after the promotion’s expiry date.
6.4 Combining Discounts
Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order, including site-wide sales. Where two discounts are available, the better discount is automatically applied.
6.5 Exclusions
We reserve the right to exclude certain products from promotions. Specific details of any exclusions will be included in the relevant promotion’s terms.
6.6 Non-Transferable
Promotional codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit (this includes gift cards).
6.7 Amendments
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time.
6.8 Liability
We will not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of any promotion or your failure or inability to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery Charges
Delivery costs to your chosen destination will be displayed at checkout. You will be asked to select which delivery option you prefer, and you will be shown the costs and timescales for each available option.
7.2 Delivery Timescales
We will deliver the products to you as soon as reasonably possible and within the timescale relevant to the shipping option you selected at checkout. Your chosen shipping method relates to the transit time from dispatch to delivery and not our product processing times (see clause 3.5). For example, an order placed with “next day delivery” will be dispatched using this service after the applicable processing timescale is complete.
7.3 Delivery Delays
If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. We will not be liable for delays caused by events outside our control.
7.4 Delivery Outside the United Kingdom
We deliver to certain International Delivery Destinations. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us by email to check whether we can deliver to you. Restrictions on some products may apply for certain destinations. Please note:
a) Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied when the delivery reaches the destination. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
b) You will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
c) You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such laws.
8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Your rights to cancel depend on the nature of the product(s) purchased, whether there is anything wrong with them, how we are performing, and when you decide to cancel.
8.1 Cancelling Your Order Because Your Product is Damaged or You Received the Wrong Product
You must let us know about any damages or discrepancies within 7 days of receiving your order. Depending on the issue, we will replace or refund the goods as required. The choice to offer a replacement or a refund rests with us, and it is not our policy to offer both.
8.2 Cancelling Your Order Because You Have Changed Your Mind or Ordered Incorrectly
You must let us know if you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly within 7 days of receiving your order. Any goods received must be returned to us in a resalable condition before a refund can be issued.
If you need a replacement for incorrectly ordered goods, return those goods to us for a refund and place a new order for the correct items via our Website.
8.3 Cancellation Fees
Your order is completed when the product is delivered to you. If you want to cancel before your order is completed, where we are not at fault and you do not have the right to change your mind (for instance, for personalised products), just contact us to let us know. We will refund any sums paid by you for products not provided, but we may deduct from that refund reasonable compensation for net costs we incur as a result of your ending the contract.
a) For orders cancelled more than 24 hours after being placed, a £35 administration fee will be charged. Your refund will be the order total less this fee.
b) For orders cancelled after artwork has been created, a design fee of 50% of your order total will be charged. Your refund will be the order total less this design fee.
c) Cancellations after artwork approval are not accepted, and the full (100%) balance of your order will be retained.
8.4 How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel, email us with your order number and reason for cancelling. If we approve your cancellation, you’ll be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund. If more than 14 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us.
8.5 Personalised Products
You do not have a statutory right to change your mind in respect of personalised products (e.g. printed with your wedding date). These items are produced to order, and they cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or incorrect (as a result of a mistake we have made) on arrival.
8.6 Returning Your Products
If you cancel your order for any reason after products have been dispatched or received, you must return them to us or allow us to collect them. Please email us to arrange your return and obtain the appropriate warehouse address. Returns will not be accepted without prior notification and acceptance.
If you are exercising your right to change your mind for non-personalised goods, you must send off the products within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract.
8.7 Who Pays for the Return
We will pay the costs of return if the products are faulty or misdescribed.
In all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind), you must pay the cost of return postage. If insufficient postage is paid, we will deduct any shortfall from your refund. Please obtain proof of postage to protect yourself in case of loss in transit.
9. Personal Information
We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Usage
10.1 Intended Purpose
We only supply products for domestic and private use. We are therefore not liable for business losses. If you order or use our products for commercial, business, or re-sale purposes, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
10.2 Promotion
We reserve the right to use images of your order for promotional purposes on our Website, social media accounts, and at wedding fayres, showcases, and events. We may also share “behind the scenes” imagery or footage during production, which may include sightings of your order (in part or in entirety). Your name and wedding details (e.g., venue name, ceremony time, wedding date) may be visible, but we will not clearly show your personal contact information (such as address, email, or phone number).
11. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service containing typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including, without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.
12. Optional Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools, which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You should ensure that you are familiar with and approve the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). We may also offer new services and/or features through the Website in future, which shall also be subject to these Terms.
13. Copyright
The material featured on this site is subject to copyright protection.
All designs, images, and written content (hereinafter “copy”) available on our Website, social media pages, and products, in both digital and print formats, are the property and copyright of Forever Paper Co. and may not be reproduced by you or any third parties without prior written consent. Any improper or illegal use of our stationery, artwork, images, copy, or designs will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You are responsible for ensuring that any material you provide for inclusion in your stationery (for example illustrations) does not breach any third-party copyright. You agree to indemnify us against any action brought against us in the event of such a breach.
You further agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without our express written permission.
14. User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions
If, at our request, you send certain submissions (e.g. contest entries) or, with or without our request, send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, “comments”), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence; to pay compensation for any comments; or to respond to any comments.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal/proprietary rights, and that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or malware that could affect the operation of the Service. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy.

- Acts or threats of terrorism;
- Contamination by radioactivity from nuclear fuel or nuclear waste
16. Other Important Terms
16.1 Limits of Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to the above, we will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with our contract with you. We only supply products for domestic and private use, and if you use them for any commercial, business, or re-sale purpose, we have no liability to you for any business-related losses.

(and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees) from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitor’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or rights of a third party. This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
16.3 Our Rights to Transfer
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. We will contact you if this happens. If you are unhappy with the transfer, you may contact us to end the contract within 30 days of us telling you about it, and we will refund you any payments you have made in advance for products not provided.
16.4 Your Rights to Transfer
You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree to this in writing.
16.5 Rights of Others
This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any right to enforce any term of this contract.
