FAQs

How do I provide the wording for my stationery?

You can upload your wording on the product page or complete your order and email this to us afterwards: hello@foreverpaperco.co.uk.

Please include your order number in the subject line of your email. If you need help with your wording, just let us know and we can send you a template to follow.

How can I make changes to your designs?

Use the personalisation selectors on each page to alter the colour, fonts and shapes (not all options are available for all products). If you're looking for more complex changes, please get in touch before ordering.

What happens once I place my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, if no personalisation is required, your order will be shipped in line with the item processing time as stated on the product page.

If your order requires personalisation, for example an order for save the dates, a digital copy of your design will be put together and sent to you for approval before printing. Once you’ve approved the design artwork, we’ll go ahead and get this printed and posted for you. The processing time for each item can be found on the product page.

Do you take bespoke orders?

If you can't find what you're looking for in our house collections, we'll work with you on a bespoke order to bring your stationery dreams to life.

Just pop us an email to hello@foreverpaperco.co.uk with details of what you're looking for. Helpful information includes how many of each item you need, any split for day/evening guests, and if possible, some images.

Can I pay for faster delivery?

If you require a rush order (one that is processed faster than the processing time shown on the listing) please do get in touch. We may be able to accommodate this at an additional fee.

Where it all started...

Hey, I'm Sophie - Founder of Forever Paper Co. I’ve been exactly where you are and let me tell you, I’m so excited for you both!

Like so many of you, I grew up with fairy tales that sparked a burning desire in me to find my own happily ever after. It took a few frogs as they say, but I finally found the 'one' and who would have known that on that journey of love, I'd find something else too...

I started this business when I was planning my own wedding and having been through this process I know first-hand how difficult it is scrolling endlessly online trying to find stationery from a dozen different suppliers that vaguely match either each other, or my aesthetic. I also know what it’s like pining after a Pinterest worthy wedding but not being able to source the designs in real life so, I set about creating a place where pulling together a coordinated collection of stunning stationery is easier than ever.

We're here to bring love to life through beautiful and thoughtfully designed stationery & signage, but our community is about so much more than just this - it’s about celebrating love, every step of the way. We want to create a place where you can come and be reminded of everything you love about love; sharing your stories & milestones, and offering tips and advice, from the moment you get engaged and long into your happily ever after.
